What started as a passion for transforming homes and creating beautiful spaces has now evolved into our dream business.

We’re Jane and Gary, owners of Space ILD.

Over a decade ago, we began renovating homes. It was through this process that one part of our duo, Jane, became fervent with the interior design element and decided to become a qualified interior designer. The other part of our duo, Gary, has been part of the building and renovation industry for years and is a licenced plumber, specialising in bathroom renovations.

In 2020, following the birth of our fourth baby, and with three renovated homes and two caravans under our belt, Space ILD was born. 

With our renovating precision and intrinsic perception for layout design, along with our taste for creativity and eye for detail, we love nothing more than breathing new life into homes.

Passion aside, Space ILD also aims to close the gap between the varying professions involved when it comes to designing and renovating homes.

As Melbourne interior design and renovation specialists, our detailed understanding of the process of renovating and building homes, coupled with our skill and love of physically ‘doing’ the job, we can streamline the entire process for you. Treating every new project as if it were our own. Each project we undertake is done so using our dedicated, experienced, and tailored approach, all while making sure you get the most out of your budget.
