CONSULTATION- DESIGN & RENOVATIONS

Over approximately one hour, this in-house consultation gives us the time to look through your space and understand your goals. Regardless of what you’re aiming to achieve, this is a great opportunity to discuss all your goals so we your can grasp your vision. We’ll take the time to get a feel for your space, talk through some ideas and arm ourselves with as much inspiration as possible. During this consult, we can discuss: 
- floor planning and layout, 
- colour palettes,  
- finishes such as carpet, flooring, tiles & lighting, 
- furniture sourcing, placement, and selection,  
- window furnishings,  
- art and décor.

Consultations start from $250

FLOOR PLAN & DESIGN

When renovating or building from scratch, one of the most fundamental aspects will be creating functional yet cohesive spaces for you and your family to enjoy. The expertise we can provide when you’re at this stage of the process can prove to be priceless. You only have one chance to get it right, and we’d love to make sure you do. 

We specialise in:

- providing practical and unique ideas and floorplan creations for your renovation or new build,
- reviewing and re-designing your current floorplan prior to renovating,
- evaluating your existing floorplan to make sure you get the most out of your space, while making recommendations where necessary,
- managing and arranging your floorplans, engineering and other crucial aspects required for submission.

Starting from $300, our floor plans and design prices varies due to the size and complexity of projects. 

RENOVATIONS & NEW BUILD DESIGN

Let us relieve the pressure that comes with designing a new home or renovating.  Together with your builder or our trusted team of trades, we’ll work consistently and precisely to make sure you get the best from your build. We can assist with:

- providing a comprehensive layout of your renovation or new build,
- tailored kitchen, bathroom, and laundry designs, complete with elevations and/ or 3D models,
- paint colour selections,
- all your finishes including carpet, flooring, tiles, and lighting,
- electrical plans,
- fitting & fixture selections.

A tailored quote will be provided, with consideration to the size and complexity of your project. 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Building and renovating can be stressful. The good news is you don’t have to do it on your own.
We’ll take the guesswork out of managing your build or renovation. We’ve done it plenty of times, have fine-tuned the process along the way and have the know how to push a project through its lifecycle with relative ease.
We’ll do it all - from coordinating the site and sourcing materials to dealing with trades, we’ll ensure every part of the project runs smoothly from start to finish. And we’ll keep you updated along the way.

FURNITURE & DÉCOR

Following your design consultation, we can help you piece it all together. 
With years of experience in sourcing furniture and décor, our finishing touches can really bring your space to life. 
We’ll create a mood board based off the information collected at the consultation and provide a list of product pricing for you to review and approve. 
Once approved, the ordering will take place and the transformation will begin.
